RETURNS and REFUND POLICY + SHIPPING
At Anana Body Co, We are committed to providing our customers with the ultimate shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
RETURNS and REFUND:
- In the event that you receive your order and it is damaged, please email us at info@ananabodyco.com with the pictures of your receipt and of the damaged box/product.
- Once we receive your email, we will inform you on how to proceed with the return process.
- All shipments are insured, and customers should contact USPS directly for further information, using the provided tracking information. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1. Return Window
- Our return and refund policy lasts 15 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund nor an exchange, if 15 days have gone by since your purchase.
2. Condition of Items
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
- The following items/products are exempt from our return policy:
- Custom special orders, gift cards, sample bags and sale items cannot be returned.
3. Refunds (If applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for the same/different item of same or lesser value, send us an email at info@ananabodyco.com Once the exchange request is approved and processed, we will email you to inform of the next step, a return address and a RMA#.
5. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If your approved/authorized refund have not posted after 5-7 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank, as there is often some additional processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ananabodyco.com.
6. Exceptions
- Custom special orders, gift cards, sample bags and sale items cannot be returned.
- There is no refund on any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
7. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, you should mail your product to "Address provided on your approved and authorized RMA (return merchandise authorization)" email.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your exchanged product may vary.
- If you are shipping items/bundles where cost is over $75+, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned
SHIPPING:
- We only ship within the United States.
- We do not ship internationally.
1. Local Delivery Orders
- Local delivery orders must be made online on our website and must be a minimum of $50 or more and there is a $10 delivery charge.
- Customers must live in the following Zip Codes: 33437, 33436, 33426, 33474 & 33435. If you live in a neighboring zip code that is not listed, please contact us for more information @ ananabodyco.com
2. We typically DO NOT SHIP Body Butters and Body Scrubs in the Summer
- Due to extremely hot weather during the Summer months, we typically do not ship body butters and body scrubs; however, we do offer other some alternate shipping solutions to ensure that these products arrive in optimal conditions, Please, email us for more info @ info@ananbodyco.com
